HILLDROP TRAINING:
APPLICATIONS ARE NOW CLOSED FOR 2025
Hilldrop will be running this year's training across five days in 2025 (see dates below), equipping the 'modern gardener' with the skills to design sustainable green spaces for a changing world. Training you in everything but horticulture, you will learn from the best, from dry stone walling to sustainable urban drainage systems.
To guarantee the ongoing exchange of knowledge, we hope to build a community of gardeners who have been through the Hilldrop Training and would afterwards be able to go into a community garden and share their new-found knowledge.
This would be a one-off paid day and we will be asking community spaces to apply to us for a gardener in our next phase.
All our training is free and will take place at Hilldrop in Essex.
